Bosco de Lobos is a peaceful luminous restaurant set within Madrid's Official College of Architects. A concept designed by the En Compañía de Lobos restaurant group, the space itself was created in collaboration with Sandra Tarruella Interioristas. The outdoor garden was designed by landscaper Ana Esteve.
The simple design of a large bar area and the carefully selected furniture and light fittings make this restaurant well worth a visit. Perhaps the greatest lesson it teaches us is that the best interventions aren't always those that completely modify what existed before, but rather those that make an existing space unique and attractive. Interventions that, when required, understand about containment and silence, and this restaurant is a clear example of that. The food served is Italian, with some surprising dishes, unpretentious but highly original.
