This trendy and informal restaurant belongs to Grupo Tragaluz from Barcelona, and constitutes the group’s first gastronomic project in Madrid.
Here you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner, since it’s open from early morning until night. You can also come and sample cocktails or wines, either by the bottle or by the glass. Its Mediterranean cuisine boasts veal carpaccio with foie gras mousse, boletus croquettes or very fine dough mozzarella pizza, arugula, Parma ham and pecorino cheese. Its desserts include strawberries au gratin with pepper or black and white chocolate cake with coffee ice cream. Its decoration stands out for its brightness thanks to the large windows, wooden floors and vintage ornaments which give this spot its character.
