The restaurant Baiwei, meaning "100 flavours", aims to be an ambassador for Chinese gastronomy in Madrid, offering customers a different view of this food, with carefully chosen products and artisan creations that bring out the aromas of the spices and the flavours of tradition.
The menu at Baiwei includes dishes to suit all preferences and pockets, such as freshly made brochettes, an alternative to formal dining, since you can share them in the centre of the table and try a new one every day. It has two main star dishes: the Sichuan wok and the Chongqing hot pot, where diners choose their combination of ingredients to prepare in the wok or in a hot pot with broth.
