This restaurant in Chamberí opened its doors in Madrid after its huge success in the town of Majadahonda. Those responsible for this project are the cook, María Rosa García Manso and her husband and maitre, Dino Nanni, offering Italian-Mediterranean cuisine with healthy dishes prepared with fresh produce.
Among the specialities at Ars Vivendi, the home-made pasta stands out, such as tagliolini carbonara, gorgonzola gnocchi or its famous bolognaise lasagne. Its menu also includes classic dishes, such as fried egg presented on a bed of potato and smoked cheese, truffle and fresh slices of wild mushroom.
The establishment is large with three VIP areas and two dining rooms in an elegant but cosy atmosphere, with wrought iron chairs, vases and candelabras with candles that add warmth to its rooms.
