These 300 m2 premises recreate traditional Spanish breweries. Found all across the country, this chain of bars bases its menu on 100 different versions of small freshly baked rolls, filled with a variety of different fillings (montaditos).
From traditional recipes, using typically Spanish products such as chorizo in cider, deep fried squid or mojo picón spicy sauce, to foreign recipes like American hot dogs. In addition, a small section of the menu is devoted to sweet rather than savoury options, for example the chocolate or dulce de leche (caramel) montadito.
Apart from this restaurant, you can find 100 montaditos on other locations: 7 Calle de la Princesa; 4 Calle de Felipe V; 22 Calle Mayor; 34 Calle de la Montera; 18 Calle del Príncipe; 96 and 145 Calle de Fuencarral; 6 Plaza de Puerta Cerrada; 59 Calle de Toledo; 14 Calle Carretas; 84 Calle de Fernando el Católico; 9 Plaza de Santa Bárbara; 1 Puente de Segovia; 3 Plaza de las Cortes; 3 Glorieta de Puerta de Toledo; 9 Plaza del Emperador Carlos V; 12 Calle de Postas.
