General Conditions

  • All visits are limited to 30 people for walking tours and to 20 people for bicycle tours or for groups of people with disabilities.
  • An official guide will accompany each group during the whole tour.
  • Museum and monument admission fees will be paid separately.
  • For tours whose meeting point is different from Plaza Mayor, 27, previous booking is required at Madrid Tourism Centre.
  • Madrid Tourist Board will not be held responsible for any accidents which may occur as a result of group members' imprudent behaviour during visits.
  • Organizers reserve the right to alter or cancel tours and visits, admission to monuments and scheduled times, provided that there are justifiable causes, which will be explained to the group prior to each departure.
  • Cancellations: Participants will not get refunded should they cancel their visit once the payment has been made.
RULES FOR VISITORS PARTICIPATING IN THE BICYCLE TOUR
  • Participants are allowed to bring their own bicycles.
  • Children under 8 are not permitted.
  • Children between the ages 8 - 11 accompanied by their parents must know how to ride a bicycle perfectly and bring their own, otherwise they will not be allowed to take part in the tour under any circumstances.
  • The tour runs through both pedestrian areas and others with road traffic.
