	Spain is Europe´s cultural leader. Richard Rogers, one of architecture´s "role model," has decided to open a studio branch in Madrid. The British architect assures that "Spain has played a principle role in the most important cultural revolution within the past years in all of Europe." More information

	Madrid, headquarters of Siemens´ water division. Siemens´ Spanish subsidiary announced the creation of a new water division with which it hopes to reach 50% of technological market share in the desalination and purification market, which currently handles 400 million euros in Spain. 	Barajas will have a new cargo logistical park. Since yesterday, Madrid Barajas International Airport has made an additional 40,740 square-metres available to the cargo sector. The addition was built and managed by AMB, with the collaboration of Aena and Clara. More information

	The "Cuatro Torres Business Arena" in Madrid will include a new 5-star hotel. Alberto Ruiz Gallardón, mayor of Madrid, recently visited the construction site of the future Eurostars Madrid Tower. The Grupo Hotusa establishment will be the tallest in Madrid, as it will occupy 33 floors in the SyV Tower. More information

	German company Mercedes-Benz opens its first financial institution in Spain. Mercedes-Benz Bank AG, subsidiary of Daimler AG and one of the largest specialised banks in the German automobile sector, recently opened an installation in Madrid. More information
